November 3, 2009 Board Meeting Agenda Item #23 Title APPROVAL OF RANKING OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGERS FOR THE BOOKER HIGH SCHOOL - REBUILD PROJECT Description The project's scope of work shall include construction management services for reconstruction of the Booker High School campus buildings and related site work.  The project will be multi-phased.  On 10/23/2009, the Professional Services Selection Committee (PSSC) met to select a construction manager for this project.  The PSSC has ranked them in accordance with Board policy.  The preliminary project budget is approximately $45,000,000.00.  Funds for this project are available in the capital budget account. Recommendation That the ranking of construction managers for the Booker High School - Rebuild project be approved as presented and the Executive Director of Construction Services be authorized to attempt negotiations with the top-ranked firm.
